Step1
Ask yourself the following questions: How do I want to be perceived? What type of clothes do I feel most comfortable in?Step2
Once you have reviewed the answers, figure out what kind of fashionista is true to who you are. Are you rock? Romantic? Classic? Trendy? Or do you embody each? Like Carrie, your style should be distinct yet appropriate for wherever you are or whatever you are doing.Step3
Now, bury your head in fashion magazine. Is there a particular style you gravitate to? For example, I tend to love things with lacy. Capitalize on this gravitation and soon when someone else sees something, say in lace, they will think of you. That is the idea. I'm sure as a "Sex and the City" fan, when you see a piece of clothing with a flower, you think of Carrie Bradshaw.
Step4
You got this far, now if you haven't already figured this out, find out what your most flattering color palette is. Try to stay in the color palette but don't be scared to go outside of it. Knowing what works on you and what doesn't is the key to being a fashionista.Step5
Lastly, go shopping! Try everything on before you buy it. Once you get it home, try it on again to ensure the lighting wasn't fouling you at the store. If it still works, raid your closet and determine what other pieces will go well with your new clothes,Good Luck for trying GIRLS....!!!!!
